Ridder training at SchermNed: together we keep developing.

Sharing knowledge and continuously investing in technology is essential to us. That is why we recently welcomed Ridder at our location for a hands-on training session for our installers and technical colleagues from, among others, engineering, planning and execution.

The day started with a joint breakfast provided by Ridder, after which we immediately moved into an in-depth training session. Ridder arrived with their demo trailer, equipped with the latest Intelligent Greenhouse Technologies. During the training, the focus was on the SmartDrive motor and SynCore synchronous control.

From clear theoretical explanations to live demonstrations and the actual commissioning of the systems, everything was set up in a practical way and directly applicable in the field. By observing together, asking questions and sharing experiences, valuable insights were gained that support our daily operations. Training sessions like these help us stay technically sharp and continue to provide our customers with reliable and future-proof installations.
